Not directly. Raise the work as a quote, record the acceptance — you can mark it accepted yourself if the customer agreed on site — then convert it. It takes a minute and keeps the numbering and the agreed scope tied together.
You get the same invoice back. Conversion is idempotent by design, so a double tap on a bad signal cannot produce two invoices for one job.
No. There are no automatic reminders. You can email the invoice again from the document view whenever you want to nudge it.
Not yet. Documents can be printed to PDF from the browser. An accounting export is deliberately deferred until the target accounting market is known.
