Your job records stay yours.
This policy explains the limited information EstimateBird uses to operate your account, deliver documents, protect the service, and respond to support requests.

Information we process
When you sign in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, and email. We store the company profile, quotes, invoices, line items, customer contact details, acceptance records, activity events, and job reports that you choose to enter. Support messages include the contact details and message you submit.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate your account, save and display your workspace, allocate document numbers, send documents and acceptance notifications, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
EstimateBird uses Google Firebase for sign-in and data storage, Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly web analytics, Resend for transactional email, Upstash for shared rate limits, and Sentry for errors-only monitoring. Those providers process limited data under their own terms. Session replay and advertising trackers are not enabled.
Customer information
Account holders are responsible for having an appropriate basis to store and email their customers’ details. A quote recipient can see only the quote associated with the long, unguessable link sent to them.
Retention and security
Records remain available while the account holder keeps them. Draft quotes can be deleted in the product. Wider export, retention controls, and self-service account deletion are planned. We use account-scoped server access, closed client database rules, rate limits, and encrypted provider connections, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data through the contact page. You can stop using the service and sign out at any time.
