This policy explains what EstimateBird uses to run your account, send your documents, keep the service safe and answer support requests.

What we collect

Your account ID, name and email from sign-in. The company profile, quotes, invoices, line items, customer contact details, acceptance records, activity and job reports you enter. Anything you send us through the contact form.

How we use it

To sign you in, save and show your workspace, number your documents, send documents and acceptance notices, prevent abuse, fix errors and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of EstimateBird for us: sign-in and data storage, hosting, privacy-friendly analytics, email delivery, rate limiting and error monitoring. They handle limited data under their own terms. We do not use session replay or advertising trackers.

Your customers' details

If you store or email your customers' details, you must have a proper reason to do so. A customer who receives a quote link can see only that quote.

How long we keep it

Your records stay available while you keep them. You can delete draft quotes in the product.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your account data through the contact page. You can stop using the service and sign out at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.
