The service

EstimateBird helps you create and track estimates, quotes, invoices, customer acknowledgements and job reports. Features may change. We aim to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will never be down.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your company details, prices, tax, payment terms, customer details and work records being correct. You must have permission to use your customers' information and to email the addresses you enter.

Not accounting, tax or legal advice

We do not confirm that a document meets the invoice, tax, consumer, record-keeping or signature rules where you work. Typed quote acceptance records an acknowledgement and a time; it is not a qualified electronic signature. Get professional advice where you need it.

What you must not do

No spam, fraud, unlawful content, impersonation, security testing without permission, excessive automated traffic, or attempts to reach another user's data. We may limit or suspend abusive activity.

Ownership

You keep the rights to what you enter. You let us store, process, show and email it only to provide the service. EstimateBird's software, design and brand belong to us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service comes without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, professional errors or decisions based on what you entered. This does not remove rights the law says cannot be removed.
