The service
EstimateBird helps users create and track estimates, quotes, invoices, customer acknowledgements, and job reports. Features may change as the service improves. Reasonable availability is the goal, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of company details, prices, tax treatment, payment terms, customer details, and work records. You must have permission to process customer information and send emails to the addresses you enter.
No accounting, tax, or legal advice
EstimateBird does not certify that a document satisfies the invoice, tax, consumer, retention, or signature rules of any jurisdiction. Typed quote acceptance records an acknowledgement and timestamp; it is not described as a qualified electronic signature. Seek appropriate professional advice where required.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, unlawful content, impersonation, security testing without permission, excessive automated traffic, or attempts to access another user’s data. We may limit or suspend abusive activity to protect users and the service.
Ownership
You retain rights in the information you enter. You grant the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and email it for the requested service. EstimateBird’s original software, design, and brand remain protected.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and EstimateBird is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, professional errors, or decisions made from user-entered information. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
